Selkie Publishing came around in 2024 when the voices of the Independent Publishing World weren't being heard. Kristal stepped up with friends and created a company to whom the readers and the voices of the company are their main focus. The name of the company came from a mythical creature that swims in the waters off the Islands of Shetland. 

Kristal Fleming who writes under Kristal McKerrington, Kristal Fleming and Victor KJ Fleming is just one of the two strong voices this company is proud to host.
